• Conduct deep-dive assessments, including hands-on trials, UI/UX exploration and feature utilization.
• Construct and apply weighted scoring models to compare AI tools systematically.
• Examine and evaluate:

• Document all technical findings with a focus on business applicability.
• Validate platform claims using independent research, user reviews and empirical performance metrics.

General Software and Platform Analysis (40%)

• Evaluate traditional software solutions (e.g., CRMs, marketing automation tools) for business utility.
• Conduct product demonstrations and pilot runs.
• Create detailed matrices that contrast features, cost structures and functional strengths.
• Monitor tech trends across industries to propose upgrades or new implementations.
• Compile concise evaluations and reports to assist with executive decision-making in a fast-paced setting.
• Facilitate structured stakeholder interviews to distill operational requirements and ensure tech tools align with business goals.

Who We Are Looking For

Educational Background & Core Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role involving software, AI or SaaS evaluation.
